Ja'Mesha

Hi! My name is Schauna I am a 22 year old mother of one very beautifull 2 month old dauughter her name is Ja'Mesha. I would like to tell you the story of my daughters birth. I got the news that I was pregnant one day before christmas so you can kinda say that she was my christmas present.I could not believe that I was pregnant I knew that I could get pregnant but I didn't believe it. I ask my doctor if she could do another test but she didn't. The doctor confirmed my due date as August 25,1997. My pregnancy was okay until the fifth month I started having abdominal pains they monitered the baby and said she was fine so they sent me home. In my seventh month mt ob said that they baby had an abnormal heartrate and the closly obsevered the baby she came out fine. On August 26,1997 about 12:00 am I started to have very bad contractions so bad that I couldn't keep time of them. So I went in to the hospital they examined me I was 2cm dilated. At 3:00 the doctor gave me demerol it just didn't help the pain but at 3:30 my water had broken. So the doctor called the Anesthesiologist for an epidural that I had request. Even though I had the epidural for only 4 minutes and the Anasteciologist was in the O.R. doing an emegergency c-section so I felt an urge to push. All of an sudden all these people statred rushing in and at 7:04 a.m. I had a very beautiful 5 p.d. 10 1/4 o.z. baby girl.
